Privacy Policies

• The personal information is required for quality control purposes only and will not be given to other parties. The one exception is that instructors have access to the accounts of any student who joins their class.
• The NBGE will only send emails with pertinent information about the exam like passwords, results, and current rankings. The NBGE does not give email addresses to other parties. However, the exam does provide links for students and their instructors to email each other.
• With the exception of the yearly national honors winners, the NBGE does not disclose individual scores without the permission of the examinee.
• Scores are kept on record in order to provide the examinee with an end of the year final ranking and for other broad types of statistical research (e.g., broad trends in biblical Greek knowledge and interest).
